Bids are expected for Electricite de France SA's (EDF.FR) U.K. power grids sale early next year, with the winner expected to be known by March, people familiar with the matter said Monday.
EDF is looking to sell its three U.K. low-voltage electricity distribution grids, which could raise around GBP4 billion as part of a wider plan to reduce its net debt.
