An explosion hit a gas distribution facility in southern Russia's Stavropol territory Friday, Russian news agency RIA Novosti reports on its Web site, citing a local emergencies spokesman.
There are no reports of casualties from the blast, which occurred at about 1340 Moscow time (1040 GMT).
The causes of the blast haven't been established, the report says.
