Turkey plans to change nuclear plant regulation instead of appealing a court's decision that suspended some articles in the regulation, Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yildiz said Friday, the Ihlas News Agency, or IHA, reports.
A Turkish court on Tuesday suspended three articles in the regulation that set conditions to hold tenders for building nuclear power plants.
Yildiz previously said it was too early to say whether a tender to build the country's first nuclear power plant have been canceled after court's decision.
