Iraq will more than double its exports of crude oil to China in 2010 as energy demand there continues to grow at a fast pace due to an economic recovery, according to a TimesOnline report Wednesday.
The report quoted Iraqi Oil Minister Hussain al-Shahristani as saying the country's crude shipments to China would be increased from about 144,000 barrels a day to 300,000 barrels a day in 2010.
He was speaking Tuesday at OPEC's meeting in Angola.
