plan to raise upstream spending by 47% to $15.99 billion next year from $10.87
billion this year, the chairman of upstream regulator BPMigas said Thursday.
Companies plan to spend $13.63 billion on developing oil and gas production
areas while $2.36 billion will be allocated for exploration, Raden Priyono told
reporters.
