French utility GDF Suez SA's (GSZ.FR) deputy Chief Executive Jean-Francois Cirelli Thursday said no date yet has been set to finalize a planned strategic partnership with French state-controlled nuclear group Areva SA (CEI.FR.)
The two companies confirmed Wednesday they have been in discussions for several months with a view to securing a strategic partnership involving technological synergies, notably for the development of Areva's third generation nuclear reactor Atmea.
Speaking from Davos, Switzerland, where he's attending the World Economic Forum meeting, Cirelli told BFM radio the crisis is over but economic uncertainties remain.
