The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries doesn't need to
increase its production ceiling for now,
Angola
's oil
minister was quoted as saying Friday.
State newspaper Jornal de Angola quoted Jose Maria Botelho de Vasconcelos as
saying OPEC doesn't need to change output quotas, as he departed for the
group's meeting due Saturday in Quito, Ecuador.
The current price of $90 a barrel is "a good price," he said, echoing
views of many OPEC members. Some, however, are calling for $100 a barrel.
