Minister of Environment Papakostantinou said that a solution over the lignite liberalization should be expected by the end of the week. He also repeated that the plan over the opening of the 40% of the lignite generation includes both the sale of lignite units and energy swaps.
Finally, the Minister said that expects the privatizations of Hellenic Petroleum, DEPA and DESFA to be completed by the beginning of 2012, while the privatization of PPC will follow.
