"Any additional sanctions against

will
be interpreted by the international community as a means of changing the regime
in
Tehran
,"
Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov told Interfax. "This approach is
unacceptable to us, and
Russia
does
not intend to review this proposal."
