day, Venezuelan Oil Minister Rafael Ramirez said Wednesday afternoon.
"We have agreed on the 30 million b/d production ceiling," Ramirez
said.
The emerging deal set a group target, but not individual quotas, OPEC sources
said Wednesday.
Earlier Wednesday, Ramirez had expressed opposition to the 30 million
production ceiling and called on some OPEC members to cut production to make
room for
