Mytilineos Holdings SA and Motor Oil Hellas SA will jointly express interest to acquire DEPA SA, Greece’s state-controlled natural gas supplier.
M and M Natural Gas SA, the company jointly held by Mytilineos and Motor Oil, will make up 34 percent of the bidding consortium while the two companies will each directly hold 33 percent, according to an Athens bourse filing on Wednesday.
