Speaking to Dow Jones Newswires, Cecile Lavigne, a
Turkey representative of Canadian nuclear supplier Candu Energy, said the company had signed an agreement with Turkish state-owned power generator Euas for a feasibility study on nuclear plant in Sinop, in Turkey 's Black Sea region.
