of a return to dialogue over its contentious nuclear program. Matters are

foreign policy given a significant reduction in oil import revenues, but
whatever happens "this doesn't mean we shall see an immediate lift to
sanctions and Iranian crude imports will resume at levels seen in early
2011." ICE November Brent is +58 cents, or 0.6%, at $109.34/bbl. Nymex
October crude is +5 cents at $106.44/bbl.
