Turkish independent power producer Aksa Enerji [BIST:AKSEN] said it turned to a
consolidated net loss of 133 million Turkish lira ($60 million/44 million euro)
in 2013 against a profit of 220 million lira a year earlier.
Last year,
the company posted a consolidated operating profit declined 3.4% to 196 million
lira in 2013, the company’s consolidated financial statement showed on Thursday.
Revenue fell 2.7% to 1.79 billion lira.
During the company’s electricity
sales volume decreased 7.1% to 9.1 million MWh, radiator sales volume went down
16.4% to 8,039 units while generator sales volume stood at eight units compared
to no generator sales in 2012.
