The memorandum which was signed at the beginning of December particularly focuses on infrastructure projects that link the gas transmision networks at the common borders of the three countries as well as coordination and cooperation regarding projects of common interest, Plinacro said in a statement.
The companies also agreed that enlargement and development of pipeline infrastructure to carry hydrogen among the three countries, depending on the availability of hydrogen, is of common interest, Plinacro added.
