Russia and Bolivia could establish a natural gas joint venture in the next two to three months, RIA Novosti reports Friday, citing an OAO Gazprom (GAZP.RS) executive.

"The establishment of a joint venture in Bolivia is at the final stage of coordination - we hope the work will be completed in the next two to three months," said Gazprom Deputy Chief Executive Alexander Medvedev.

Earlier this week, the Bolivian government said it was seeking $11.3 billion investment in its oil and gas sector over the next five years.
