Iraq has settled a disagreement with Kurdistan on exporting Kurdish oil to Turkey, Reuters reported Thursday, citing an Iraqi oil ministry spokesman.

"There has been an initial agreement to export Iraqi oil from the Tawke oil field," Reuters quoted spokesman Asim Jihad as saying.

About 100,000 barrels a day plan to be exported next year from the Tawke oil field, where Norwegian oil firm DNO International ASA (DNO.OS) has a contract, Kurdistan Regional Government's natural resources minister Ashti Hawrami said, according to Reuters.
