Qatar's oil minister said Saturday his country is moving ahead with hydrocarbon projects despite what he called a "very strong crisis" in the oil market.
Speaking after an informal meeting of Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries ministers, Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah said: "We are continuing our projects...they are not suspended and will never be."
Qatar is one of the world's three largest gas producers, alongside Russia and Iran.
