Russian oil exports via the Caspian Pipeline Consortium pipeline amounted to 512,943 metric tons in November, TsDU-TEK, which provides data and analysis to the Industry and Trade Ministry, said in a report obtained by Prime-Tass news agency Friday.
In November 2007, Russian oil exports via the CPC were 584,739 tons, the ministry said last year.
Of the total this November, 277,800 tons of oil were pumped into the CPC via the pipeline system of Russia's oil pipeline monopoly Transneft.
Total oil transportation via the CPC was at 2.744 million tons in November, TsDU-TEK said without providing a comparison.
In 2007, Russian oil exports via the CPC amounted to 7.378 million tons, TsDU-TEK said earlier.
The CPC is a multinational consortium, with the Russian government holding 31% and Kazakhstan holding 19%.
