Iran's first nuclear reactor, Bushehr, will begin final testing within the next few days, Russian news agency RIA Novosti reports Monday, citing Iran's vice president.
Ali Akbar Salehi, who also heads the country's Atomic Ebergy Organization, said the plant is 96% complete, with almost all equipment installed, and that after testing it will go into full operation.
The plant has been scheduled to go online in December, but earlier this month doubt was raised about that timetable by a person at Atomstroiexport, the Russian company which is building Bushehr.
