"I
think that's an example of what we all look for, which is a diplomatic system
that encourages good behavior on the part of the Iranian regime," said
U.S. Admiral James Stavridis.
Stavridis, the supreme allied commander, said the agreement struck by
Turkey

Brazil
and
Iran
was
"a potentially good development," adding that "obviously we have
a million miles to go."
