Ukraine is interested in broadening trade and economic cooperation with Greece, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich said upon the arrival in Greece on a working visit.
“Ukraine wishes to broaden trade and economic cooperation with Greece, which have reduced because of the world economic crisis,” Yanukovich told Greek President Karolos Papoulias.
Ukraine and Greece should pool efforts to prevent a negative effect of the world economic crisis on the bilateral investments, Yanukovich said. So far, investments fall short the Ukrainian potential, he added.
