Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin instructed Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin, the Energy Ministry and the law enforcement agencies to ensure full security of energy facilities.
At a meeting on restoration of the Sayano-Shushenskaya hydropower plant the premier raised the problem of the recent terrorist act at the Baksan hydropower plant. “I instruct Igor Sechin, the Energy Ministry and all services together with the law enforcement agencies to do their best to ensure security of structural facilities, including those in the energy sector,” Putin underlined.
