U.S. energy group AES would invest 8.5 million levs ($5.8 million/4.3 million euro) in the Bulgarian town of Galabovo where it is building a 670 MW thermal power plant, Bulgarian media reported on Tuesday.
The investment in infrastructure, social and cultural projects in Galabovo, in southern Bulgaria, will be made over the next five years according to a framework cooperation agreement the town has signed with AES, Dnevnik business daily reported.
