Venezuela's state shipping company has signed a deal to buy 10 Aframax oil tankers worth $700 million from Russia's United Shipbuilding Corp., Russian news agency RIA Novosti reports Wednesday, citing an USC spokesman.

2016," Igor Ryabov is quoted as saying.
The report says three tankers will be built at plants in
South
Korea
owned by Daewoo Group
(QD-DWG), with the rest constructed in
Russia
. Daewoo
engineers will assist in four of those built in
Russia
.
