The Danish climate commission has predicted that country could be powered entirely by wind energy by 2050. The committee has also predicted that wind and biomass energy could meet the bulk of the country’s energy requirements. This green switch would also prove to be cheaper than continuing to use fossil fuels.

The Danish climate commission has predicted that country could be powered entirely by wind energy by 2050. According to the report, the government should immediately start devoting 0.5 percent of its annual GDP to renewable energy investment in order to meet the ambitious 2050 target.
