Russia's OAO Gazprom (GAZP.RS), the world's largest producer of natural gas, said Thursday that it has sold a $1 billion bond maturing Nov. 29, 2015.

Credit Agricole SA and JP Morgan Chase & Co. acted as joint-lead managers for the transaction, which priced with the following terms:
