Prime Minister Igor Sechin said Tuesday, local news agencies reported.
"We were able to regulate everything. We have reached an agreement
allowing us to fully remove all of our bilateral complaints--on one hand,
complaints regarding various coefficients, on the other, regarding
payments," Sechin said.
Russia
's
state-owned oil champion Rosneft (ROSN.RS) had complained of not receiving
payments for oil supplies to
China
because of differences over tariffs.
Rosneft and pipeline operator Transneft (TRNFP.RS) received a total of $25
billion from
China
in
2009 to finish building
Russia
's
first pipeline link to
Beijing
.
Russia
and
China
have
also made "significant progress" in negotiations on gas contract
prices, Sechin said.
