Germany's E.ON AG (EOAN.FR) is in advanced talks with power group GDF Suez SA (GSZ.FR) to join the French group's consortium for a 3,000 megawatt windfarm tender offer offshore France, French daily Le Figaro reported Friday, without citing sources.

must be submitted before

. A preliminary selection will take place in April 2012 and a final
decision will be made by the government in 2013.
