Bulgarian power supplier Energo-Pro Sales said on Tuesday
it has delisted from the Sofia bourse.
Energo-Pro Sales has been delisted
as a public company and its1,501,000 regular shares with a nominal value of 1
lev ($0.57/0.51 euro) each have been removed from the register kept by the
Commission for Financial Supervision, it said in a bourse filing
posted.
On June 8, Energo-Pro Sales submitted with the financial
regulator a request to delist its shares from the Bulgarian bourse. That same
day its majority owner, Energo Pro Varna, said it had increased its stake in the
company to 98.75% from 90.18% following a buyout bid.
Energo-Pro Varna is
a fully-owned unit of Czech power group Energo-Pro.
