Iberdrola SA (IBE.MC) is planning to buy the 50% stake it doesn't already own of a 400-megawatt combined-cycle gas turbine facility in Tarragona from Germany's RWE AG (RWE.XE), reports Expansion in its Friday Internet edition.
Sources at Iberdrola didn't offer the price of the transaction, the paper adds.
