Venezuela Energy Minister Rafael Ramirez reiterated Wednesday that the country's 2011 budget will set expected oil production at 3.011 million barrels. Oil accounts for more than one-third of Venezuela 's gross domestic product, more than half of government revenue and about nine-tenths of the country's exports.
