International oil prices will likely surge over the next decade as global demand soars and production stagnates, according to a study released Wednesday.

Oil prices are forecast to average between $120 and $134 per barrel by 2020, according to Ernst & Young Terco and Brazil 's private Getulio Vargas Foundation.
