Iraq 's crude oil exports in October went up by 0.92% to 2.624 million barrels a day, compared with 2.600 million barrels a day in September, figures released by the State Oil Marketing Organization, or SOMO, showed.

Iraq exported some 2.172 million barrels a day from southern oil fields via export terminals from the Gulf, compared with 2.180 million barrels the previous month, according to SOMO's figures obtained by Dow Jones Newswires.

Some 442,000 barrels a day were exported from northern oil fields to the Mediterranean port of Ceyhan in Turkey, compared with 410,000 barrels a day the previous month. Another 10,000 barrels a day were shipped by trucks to Jordan, SOMO said.
