Russian natural gas supplies to Turkey via Ukraine decreased to 38 million cubic meters a day from the current 40 million cubic meters after Russia's OAO Gazprom's (GAZP.RS) decision to cut gas to Ukraine, a senior official from the Energy Ministry told Ihlas News Agengy, or IHA, on Sunday.
