BP PLC (BP) Chief Executive Tony Hayward said Tuesday he expects the firm's cash inflows and outflows to balance by the end of 2009.
He added that the firm's Iraq joint venture with China National Petroleum Corp. will enable BP to access a low-cost supply chain.
