French utility GDF Suez (GSZ.FR) has signed a cooperation agreement with Brazilian power companies Eletrobras (LIPR3.BR) and Eletronuclear to exchange information and develop Brazil's nuclear power sector, the French company said in a statement Monday.
The signing took place during a visit by French President Nicolas Sarkozy to Brazil, the company said.
