OAO Lukoil Holdings (LKOH.RS), Russia's biggest independent oil producer, plans to keep 2010 oil production at this year's level, the Interfax news agency reported Thursday, citing Chief Executive Vagit Alekperov.
Lukoil's overall hydrocarbon production is expected to rise next year, he said.
Russian producers have increased their total output so far this year.
