Bulgaria’s national energy strategy and the new renewable energy
legislation are among the most urgent tasks facing the country’s new deputy
energy minister Mariy Kosev, Dnevnik reported.
“We will have to speed up work on the energy strategy and the renewable
energy law so that we can submit them with parliament before the recess,” said
Kosev, who will be in charge of energy issues at the Ministry of Economy, Energy
and Tourism. The recess of the Bulgarian National Assembly begins on August 1.
