Russian oil company OAO Rosneft (ROSN.RS) has awarded the tender for 1.5 million to 3.5 million metric tons of Urals oil for the fourth quarter loading from the Baltic Sea port Primorsk to Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSA), traders said Wednesday.

The price is heard to be pegged at a high premium of around 70 cents a barrel
over Rosneft's own formula, they said.
Rosneft also offered 480,000 to 1.44 million tons of Urals with a cargo size of
80,000 tons each, and 420,000 to 1.26 million tons of Urals with cargoes of
140,000 tons each in the tender. Both will be loaded from the
Black
Sea
ports of
Novorossiysk
and
Yuzhny.
Gunvor won the 80,000-ton tender, while Turkish Calik and Norwegian Statoil ASA
(STO) won the 140,000-ton one, traders said. Further details on prices are not
immediately available.
Vitol and Gunvor also won Rosneft's tender for CPC Blend for October 2010 to
early April 2011 loading, with prices pegged at 35-45 cents a barrel over
Rosneft's formula, traders said.
Rosneft offered 540,000 to 1.62 million tons of CPC in 135,000 tons each and
680,000 to 2.04 million tons in 80,000 tons each in the tender.
