Russia's biggest oil producer OAO Rosneft (ROSN.RS) Wednesday raised its oil production forecast for this year to over 119 million metric tons, or between 7% and 7.5% more than last year.

The company last week said it expects output to rise between 5.5% and 6% in
2010.
