The National Development & Reform Commission,
China
's top
economic planning agency, has asked China Shenhua to contribute 1.7 million
tons of coal reserve, which it will provide before the end of May, the country's
largest integrated coal producer by output said in a statement.
The coal reserve will be utilized in the event of natural disasters or other
emergencies, it said.
