The court decree to raid BP's office "has no legal basis," Huck said.

Earlier, Russian bailiffs entered a BP Moscow office to examine documents
requested in a $3 billion lawsuit filed by Siberia-based minority shareholders
in BP's Russian joint venture, TNK-BP Holding (TNBP.RS).
Huck said he expected the raids to continue until the end of the week.
