Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and the Governor of the Austrian Federal State of Lower Austria, Erwin Proll, inaugurated a new co-generation power plant of EVN Bulgaria Toplofikatsia EAD in Plovdivon Friday.
The 100 million leva facility took just one year to build, on which Borissov congatulated the district heating company and its project partners.
