Lukoil, CNPC Agree To Eye Asset Swaps, Hydrocarbon Shipments

Russian oil producer Lukoil Holdings (LKOH.RS) said Tuesday it signed a cooperation pact Monday with China National Petroleum Corp., under which the companies will look at assets swaps and possibly delivering hydrocarbons to China.
